i. Pair incentive

Plan A
       Minimum two direct referrals, one in the left and other in the right must be done by every distributor to qualify for Pair Incentive. The company gives you 2 plans, Plan A and Plan B. For Plan A point value is 1 and for Plan B is 2. One pair point value is Rs. 500/-, it means for Plan A pair point value is Rs. 500/- and for Plan B it is Rs.1000/-

ii. Retail Margin or Margin Free

     Re-purchase product from High Fly you get 5% to 30% discount on CV.

iii. Royalty 1 - Generation commission

     Here once you build a team of independent distributors you can earn income permanently. i.e., up to 18th level deep you will get 1% in each level which comes to 18% of total GBV. Every distributor has to purchase a minimumof 10 BV, which is equal to 100CV on every month to qualify to avail the residual income for which pair balancing is not required.

iv. Single line benefit

      It means you get 5% of the pair commission drawn from your direct referral, provided you are unable to make placement in the other side. In order to start getting the Single Line Benefit, the company watches your weak side up to 90 days whether you are able to introduce more people in the weak side. If you fail to do so, you start getting the Single Line Benefit of 5% of the pair commission drawn by your direct referral. This benefit continues only for the next 9 months or till you complete 5 joining in the weak side which ever is earlier. Once you start getting the pair commission (more than five pairs) you are not eligible for Single Line Benefit.

v. Auto renewal

       10% of the net commission drawn will be deducted from your commission when your total pay out crosses R. 3000/- till it continues so as to reach Rs. 5000/-. Similarly for Plan B 10% of the net commission drawn will be deducted from every payout when your weekly payout crosses Rs.5000/- till it continues so as to reach Rs.5000/- . When the term of your one year completed, the company automatically renew your distributorship and similarly your down line also. Here, you are eligible to get your pair commission and in these renewal cases one pair you will get Rs 1000/- each.


vi. Bike Fund

         When a distributor completes 125 pairs, he will be named a Silver Executive. Silver Executives are eligible for Bike Fund. 1% of total CV equally shared among all silver executives on monthly basis. Here there is no time limit to become a Silver Executive.

vii. Car Fund

         If one completes 1000 pairs, then he will be called a Gold Executive. All Gold Executives ' are eligible for Car fund. Here 1% of the total CV equally sharedamoung all Gold Executives.This is calculated also on monthly basis and there is no time limit tobecome a Gold Executive also.

viii. Foreign Tour

          The one who completes 5000 pairs will be known as Diamond Executive. All diamond distributors are eligible for Foreign trip(Four days and three nights).

ix. Leadership Bonus


         @ 2% on total GCV equally shared among all High Fly Ambassadors. For this you will have to enlist two Diamond Executive on your left and right side or a Diamond Executive who crosses 1.5 lakh monthly GBV on repurchase and maintain the same for consecutive 3 months, then you will get the position as High Fly Ambassador.
Note:

Pair Commission ceiling (100 pairs).

Trimming         : Trimming may be introduced accordingly

Week               : Sunday to Saturday

DD Despatch    : Following Friday of every closing Saturday

Service Charge : 5% of the total commission deducted

Income tax       : 5.25% is deducted as TDS as per income tax act.

Flush out          : Weak side flush out is done on wekly basis

To get the generation commission, each member should buy re-purchased goods for a minimum of Rs.250/- monthly. For this from their weekly pair commission in that particular month Rs.250/- will be deducted and for that a purchase coupon will be issued (which is not refundable) for buying the re-purchased items from High Fly.

Delivery of products

            Products package are to be collected by the individual concerned from our High Fly office. Any one who, wish to get the product through courier should pay courier charges.
Distributors who want to get the products through our franchisees, should pay Rs. 100/- extra.
